Just a note to recognize a job well done.

We were having problems controlling the temperature in our home so I bought a new thermostat and that didn’t make any difference. We then had our furnace Serviced and Cleaned and that didn’t make any difference. We called once more and young and handsome and happy Joe WyruckowskĂ® came to our door and said, ‘Show me to your furnace sir, your troubles are over.’

Seriously, Joe found an area that was clogged and needed cleaning. He said it was preventing the thermostat from “communicating” with the furnace. Now we can control the heat within a degree or two. So we were very grateful for his expertise.

Sec0ndly, our sump pump somehow got unplugged, probably when I was doing some work around the fuse box, and I called that water was coming out of the furnace. As soon as I realized that the rain was causing my floor drain to back up I called and cancelled the call. A few minutes later a young lady (Cathy) called and wondered if I would like a plumber to come out which was very kind of her to be çoncerned. To make a long story short, he was a fantastic help at a time when he should have been at home having dinner. His name was Dennis.  This kind of help is the way life used to be years ago when I was younger and I certainly appreciate craftsmanship.

So then, I will be a life-long cusçbmer of ONE-HOUR and will refer you whenever I can.

Purchasing a furnace was a new experience for me. I know nothing about furnaces or air conditioners and was wishing there was some way this task could be made less challenging. However, it is because of your customer service that I am delighted to write this letter. What to purchase was left up to my son. He informed me of his decision and all I had to do was call and set up a time to get the job done.

Dennis and his helper arrived promptly on the assigned date ready to go to work. They were very careful about covering their shoes, cleaning up the working area and worked until the job was completed. I had heat. There were several questions that had to be answered before the assignment was finished. Dennis spent a day or so researching. Yesterday he and another gentleman came and spent 2 hours of their dinner time doing whatever was necessary as they said, “to make me happy.” (my concern was sound and air flow) Never once did I note anxiousness to leave but their desire was to leave me “a satisfied customer.” Very often “customer service” is an advertising tool, never to be used. These gentlemen are perfect examples of providing individual service for their customers as everyone is different when it comes to temperature choice. They are knowledgeable, courteous and answer all questions clearly and understandably.

Many plaudits are due both of these two men. Dennis fulfills his responsibilities to everyone who entrusts their heating and cooling installations to him. I will happily tell my neighbors and friends who are in need of your kind of services, of my becoming one of your “Satisfied Customers.”
